

Reservations
In order to confirm your reservation we require either:
- the number, expiration date and holder name and address of a valid credit card, via the secure website of our partner www.reseliva.com (reservations tool on the bottom of each page of this website) or, if you reserve directly with us, by telephone, fax or e-mail OR
- if you have bank account in Euros with a French address, a "arrhes" deposit for 20% of the total value of the stay to be booked. In this case, your reservation will be confirmed once we receive the deposit. We regret that we cannot accept personal cheques (wire transfers possible in some cases.)
Check-in: from 2pm to 6pm.
For check-in after 6pm, please advise in advance.
A confirmed reservation is held until 9pm. If your reserve and you do not show up, you will be charged for the full value of the reservation.
Payment
Payment for your room and for any extras (for example, breakfast service) may be made by:
- Credit card (Visa or Mastercard. Sorry, no American Express)
- Cash or travellers cheques in Euros
- Sorry, no personal cheques
Cancellations
For reservations of fewer than 8 guests:
- Cancellation made over 10 days before the date of arrival: you will not be charged (any deposit made will be fully refunded).
- Cancellation made under 10 days and over 48 hours before the date of arrival: you will be charged for 50% of the value of your stay
- Cancellation made under 48 hours and over 24 hours before the date of arrival: you will be charged for 50% of the value of your stay
- Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the date of arrival: you will be charged for the full value of your stay.
For reservations of 8 or more guests:
- Cancellation made over 30 days before the date of arrival: you will not be charged (any deposit made will be fully refunded)
- Cancellation made under 30 days and over 10 days before the date of arrival: you will be charged for 50% of the value of your stay.
- Cancellation made under 10 days before the date of arrival: you will be charged for the full value of your stay.
We recommend that if you must cancel or change your reservation to do so in writing, in particular for long or multi-room reservations.
